Yoga Flow

A Dynamic Blend of Ashtanga & Vinyasa.
This energising class combines the structure and discipline of Ashtanga with the fluid, creative transitions of Vinyasa Flow. Expect a strong, breath led practice that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. Traditional Ashtanga postures are woven into a dynamic sequence of Yoga.

Pilates

A class which is a full body workout focused on core strength, posture and controlled movement to improve flexibility and balance
